I believe yoga is a spiritual pathway in which individuals can gain insight into their divine and true nature. My training in Iyengar yoga has taught me the importance of alignment and the use of props to make yoga accessible to all, as well as the therapeutic and restorative benefits of the practice. The Vinyasa training has enabled me to tap into the flow of the sacred marriage between breath and movement. I am passionate about helping others move toward whole health in a fun and meaningful way. My desire is to empower children and bring families together through yoga and writing.
